1. Quality is Daysun's Culture

From fabric arrive in our warehouse to last step, packing into export carton, Daysun QC will check the items in every step.
The fabrics are accepted after confirmed by QC one order by one order. When start first sewing, there must have a original sample to follow up, avoiding any mistakes in production.
It is must to check the first complete bag to confirm it is exactly same as the original sample.
And before packaging, each bags will be inspected by specificated staff, spot inspection by QC.
Last, when all packaging is finished, sales, manager and QC will do spot inspection again.

2. Professional sales team

The sales work in Daysun all pass the test of professional bag knowledges.Every staff will receive the training about bags when they start the work at Daysun.
So far, there are more than 10 professional sales in Daysun.
Two are more than 10 years, 3 are more than 5 years, others are all more than 2 years.
We believe only profession makes perfect.

3. Bag custom

It is a private custom time, whatever you want to change in bag, just let us know, we will provide best project to meet your request.
The bag is not enough compartment? 
The color you don't like?
The size is not satisfied?
The zipper need to be changed to YKK or SBS?
You want to add a logo?
Daysun could provide custom for all these details.


4. Packaging custom

For bag production, the packaging is usually each into a polybag, then pack into an export carton. 
But for a special request, PVC bag, printed box are also available, also if you need some other different packaging, Daysun could arrange as well.
May display box for shopping bag, wrapped insert card for small items, hangtag for selling details ect..
The master carton is usually 5ply carton, if needed, 7ply is also available.
